The impressive stone on the right is in the Evergreen cemetery in Victoria, Texas. It marks the final resting place of Margaret Borland, who died in 1873, at Wichita, Kansas. She had come up the trail from Texas with a herd of longhorns to be shipped on railroad cars to markets in the (more…)
